For the past few days, rumours about Anushka Sharma's pregnancy has been doing the rounds. It was being speculated that the actress and her cricketer husband Virat Kohli are expecting their second child after Vamika.
Meanwhile, at World Cup 2023, Virat got the crucial wicket of Scott Edwards when India faced the Netherlands at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Benguluru on November 12. Kohli last picked up an ODI wicket way back in January 2014 against New Zealand in Wellington. Thereafter, he bowled in 12 innings, but failed to pick up a single wicket. After nine years, on November 12, he picked up his maiden wicket in the World Cup again.
Anushka Sharma was in the stands witnessing this historic moment for her husband. In a video going viral now, she is seen grinning and cheering for Virat. The actress, who looks pretty in a white kurta, also gets emotional. The video also shows Virat having tears in his eyes.

Rumours are doing the rounds that Anushka Sharma is in her second trimester and therefore avoiding any public appearances. Hindustan Times reported a source claiming, "Anushka is expecting her second baby. Like the last time, they will formally share the news with the world at a later stage.” The source also mentioned that Anushka has been away from the public eye to avoid speculation.
It was also reported that Anushka and Virat recently visited a maternity clinic in Mumbai. The quote read, "They requested the paparazzi not to publish their pictures, with a promise to make an announcement soon."
Few days ago, the couple stepped out in the city walking hand-in-hand while surrounded by security. In the video, the actress was seen wearing a black short dress with balloon sleeves.
