The most silent character from Dhurandhar 2's climax has now become one of the most discussed characters in the film online. Harjeet, the auto driver who appears in the closing stretch of Aditya Dhar's spy thriller with Ranveer Singh, has revealed that he still has not been able to watch the film in theatres because the ticket price is around ₹500, a cost he says is too steep for his family right now.

In an interview with Daily Post Punjabi, Harjeet said that even though his family wanted to see the film, he did not take them because five tickets would come to about ₹2,500. He said that amount is roughly what they manage to save in a month, which is why he decided to wait and watch the film later.

SPOILERS AHEAD!

Harjeet makes a short appearance during the ending scenes of Dhurandhar: The Revenge which came out on March 19 and features Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and other actors. The film directed by Aditya Dhar concludes with an emotional ending which shows Ranveer's character returning to his hometown Pathankot to face his family from whom he had separated and his family believed that he was dead.

The interview with Harjeet gained its most powerful impact through its demonstration of two opposing elements which show how the man who acts in major films cannot easily watch his own performance at movie theaters. The detail has created an emotional response from online viewers who describe the story as both touching and disturbing because it shows the difference between the glamorous world of cinema and the ordinary experiences of life.

The film's release schedule has created extra excitement because people are already discussing its performances and production scale and its contentious scenes. But Harjeet's story achieves exceptional status because it shows an authentic human experience through its depiction of a real-life incident which people now share more than they share the movie itself.
