Patna, December 16, 2025: The grand prize distribution ceremony of the Jaano Junction EPIC Show was held on Tuesday at the Main Stage of the Patna Book Fair 2025 at Gandhi Maidan, celebrating young talent across knowledge, arts, innovation, and performance. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Patna Commissioner Shri Animesh Kumar Parashar, IAS, who felicitated the winners and interacted warmly with students, parents, and teachers. Over 2,000 students from more than 45 schools participated across eight inter-school activities, with over 70 winners honoured at the Jaano Junction EPIC Show prize ceremony.
Addressing the gathering, Commissioner Parashar shared a reflective note on lifelong learning. “Whenever I come to the Patna Book Fair, I do not see it as an official space but as a student. There is no age for learning—anyone who remains open to growth and knowledge is truly young,” he said. Referring to India’s rich Nalanda legacy, he emphasised the importance of curiosity, continuous learning, and intellectual openness in shaping responsible citizens.
The Commissioner lauded the scale and impact of the Jaano Junction EPIC Show, appreciating the participation of hundreds of students in competitions such as EPIC Quiz, EPIC Kalakar (Painting), EPIC Kahanikar (Story Writing), EPIC BizChamps, EPIC Reel Challenge, Debates, and the Festival of Bands. He noted that such platforms play a vital role in nurturing confidence, creativity, leadership, and critical thinking among students.
Welcoming the Chief Guest and the audience, Dr Pooja Varma, Director and Editor-in-Chief of Jaano Junction, expressed gratitude to all stakeholders who contributed to the success of the EPIC Show. “We are honoured by the presence of our Chief Guest, respected parents, dedicated teachers, and our incredibly talented participants. The EPIC platform is built to celebrate curiosity, courage, and creativity, and today is a moment of pride for everyone who believes in the power of young minds,” she said, congratulating all winners and participants for their efforts and achievements.
During the ceremony, winners from different age groups and across categories of activities were presented with medals, certificates, and encouragement awards amid enthusiastic applause. The vibrant atmosphere reflected the joy and pride shared by students, parents, and educators alike, as each achievement was announced on stage.
