CUET UG 2026 Exam on May 28 Postponed After Bakrid Holiday Revision, NTA to Announce New Dates Soon

NTA has postponed CUET UG 2026 examinations scheduled for May 28 following the revised Bakrid holiday announcement. Fresh exam dates will be announced soon on the official website.

The National Testing Agency has postponed the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 exams scheduled for May 28, affecting candidates appearing in both shifts across the country. The decision comes after the Centre revised the holiday date for Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid).

In an official notice, the agency said revised examination dates for the affected candidates will be announced soon. Students have been advised to regularly check the official NTA and CUET websites for updates regarding the fresh schedule, admit cards and city intimation slips.

The CUET UG 2026 examinations are currently being conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode between May 11 and May 31 for admission to undergraduate programmes in participating universities across India.
