Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma showed off their bromance during the MI vs RCB clash on April 11 as the fans were left gaga on social media seeing both the Indian stars interact at the Wankhede stadium on Friday. The moment happened during the second innings of the match while MI were chasing the target set by RCB. Kohli decided to have some fun at the expense of his India skipper.

Kohli went on to blindside Rohit and give him a poke at the non-striker's end. This was early in the innings when Rohit was struggling to get off the blocks and the MI opener responded with a thumbs up to Kohli. This was enough to get the fans on social media buzzing as many commented on the bond shared by both men.

Kohli would show his sportsmanship during the match as well when he stepped to defend Hardik Pandya from boos. The RCB star told the crowd in Wankhede to back their skipper.

Kohli and Rohit had contrasting fortunes on Thursday with the bat at the Wankhede on April 11. The RCB star had a rare failure in Mumbai as he fell for just 3 off 9 balls. Faf du Plessis and Dinesh Karthik's fifties would help RCB post 196 in their 20 overs, despite Jasprit Bumrah's 5-wicket haul.

While the score looked challenging at first, MI would make a mockery of the chase and got to the win in just 15.3 overs. Rohit scored 38 off 24 balls while Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav's fifties played a big role in helping Mumbai secure their 2nd win of the season.

This was RCB's 5th loss in 6 matches and it is only net run-rate that is keeping them off the last spot. MI will next face CSK on April 14 while RCB will face SRH on April 15 at the Chinnaswamy stadium.
