West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee got injured in a minor car accident while returning from Bardhaman to Kolkata on Wednesday, sources told India Today.
According to sources, Mamata Banerjee was returning in the car due to rain. Due to low visibility amid fog, the driver abruptly applied brakes which injured the Chief Minister.
The Trinamool chief suffered minor injuries to her head and is being brought back to Kolkata.
