The highlight of the event was an interactive session led by RJ Anjali, who attended as the Chief Guest. Sharing her personal journey, she spoke candidly about overcoming societal expectations and building confidence. Quoting the popular line, “Kuch to log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna,” she encouraged cadets to stay focused on their goals despite external pressures. Her message resonated strongly with the audience, many of whom are at a formative stage in shaping their aspirations.

The session also included open interactions between cadets and speakers, fostering dialogue around career choices, self-belief, and the evolving role of women in public and professional spaces. A brief felicitation ceremony followed.

Addressing the gathering, Lt Col Gerry Mathew, Commanding Officer of the unit, appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of such platforms in building awareness and confidence among young girls.

Beyond the formal proceedings, the programme served a broader purpose—creating an environment where young women could engage with real-life role models, explore opportunities beyond conventional paths, and understand their potential role in shaping a more inclusive and progressive Bihar.

The event concluded with an informal interaction over lunch, allowing cadets, officers, and guests to connect further, reinforcing the programme’s underlying goal: empowering young voices to actively contribute to the vision of a Viksit Bihar.
