Hello friends, I’m Aakash Kashyap, a student of St. Xavier’s High School.

My journey started from grade six, and at that time I was new to the campus.

In a few days, I had made some friends and also made a reputation in front of all the teachers, especially the maths one. Slowly, I passed that grade with great memories, and then came grade seven. I was quite nervous because of some subject-related problems, but I passed that one too.

Then came grade eight. I was very confident in class and in studies that year, as I got 91% for the first time. I also won gold medals in athletics during our Sports Day event. Now it was time for grade nine, which was very difficult for me in terms of studies. Three of my friends left the school, which made me feel sad, but I overcame that.

However, grade nine was also special for me because I got the chance to be a part of the student council as a Vice-Captain — a very proud moment for me. Since being a part of the council, I have learned leadership qualities. It was quite difficult for me to manage both council work and studies, but I did it successfully.

Now it’s my second last year of school, and I’ll make this and the next one truly memorable for myself. I can proudly say that I am a true Xaverian!
