A video showing a lawyer appearing to kiss a woman before Delhi High Court virtual proceedings has gone viral on social media, sparking outrage and raising concerns about professional conduct. The incident reportedly occurred during the online hearing of a case, which was being conducted over video conferencing amid ongoing court protocols.
The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday and the court was not in session and people were waiting for the Judge to come.
The footage shows the lawyer sitting in his room in court attire, positioned slightly away from the camera, with only the side of his face visible.
