Thailand's Opal Suchata Crowned 72nd Miss World At Hyderabad Event

Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri won the 72nd Miss World title during the finale ceremony held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Telangana on 31 May.

Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri won the 72nd Miss World title during the finale ceremony held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Telangana on 31 May.

Ethiopia’s Hasset Dereje was named first runner-up, with Poland’s Maja Klajda taking the second runner-up spot. Martinique’s Aurlie Joachim secured a place in the top four.

This year, 108 contestants from across the globe competed in the prestigious beauty pageant, and the winner was crowned by Miss World 2024 Krystyna Pyszkova.

Meanwhile, India’s entry, model Nandini Gupta, reached the top 20 in the race for the Miss World crown.
