Badshah fined in Gurugram for traffic rule violation

Bollywood rapper Badshah was fined by Gurugram Traffic Police for driving on the wrong side after attending Karan Aujla's concert.

Bollywood rapper-singer Badshah has been fined by the Gurugram Traffic Police for driving on the wrong side of the road. The incident occurred on December 15 after the artist attended a concert by Punjabi singer Karan Aujla in Sector 68.

The traffic police issued a penalty of Rs 15,500 and have taken possession of CCTV footage, which is being used to identify other vehicles that were part of Badshah’s convoy.

Although the vehicle involved in the violation was not registered in Badshah’s name, the singer was present in the car.

Commenting on the matter, DCP Traffic Virendra Vij stated, "Yes, we issued a fine for wrong-side driving involving Badshah’s vehicle. While the car is not registered in his name, Badshah was personally present in it."

The Karan Aujla concert took place on December 15 at Gurugram's Airia Mall. The concert included special appearances by several artistes such as Badshah, Varun Dhawan and Krsna.
