It’s a matter of proud for all of us at Jaano Junction for winning in the first edition of The Future of News Awards as we’ve been a fairly new company in the industry and still making an impact by our stories and innovative ideas of communication and engagement; standing tall and at par with the biggies and amongst the best now.

Winning two awards for our ‘transgender protest’ report and two awards for best mobile phone story highlight the fact that our efforts in ‘mobile journalism’ and for disregarded communities have created impact and now recognised.
