TCS Nashik Case: The Nashik Court on Monday denied interim protection to absconding accused Nida Khan in the alleged TCS Nashik sexual harassment and forced conversion case. The court will now hear both her anticipatory bail plea and interim relief application on April 27.

As per the information, her lawyer had urged the court to grant temporary relief, but the court chose not to issue any interim order at this stage. During the proceedings, the complainant’s lawyer submitted an application seeking additional time to file a written reply. The request was accepted and the court granted time until April 27 for the response to be submitted.

The 26-year-old, who is one of eight accused in the case pertaining to alleged sexual harassment and religious coercion at the BPO in Nashik, moved the Nashik Sessions Court for anticipatory bail on Saturday.

The remaining seven accused have been arrested.

Family Denies Charges

Meanwhile, Nida Khan’s father dismissed the allegations, stating that his daughter, initially identified as the HR head of the TCS Nashik BPO unit, was being falsely implicated as part of a larger conspiracy

He maintained that none of the accusations against her were true and suggested that the case had been fabricated to divert attention from other issues, including the controversy involving Nashik-based self-proclaimed godman Ashok Kharat, who was recently arrested in a rape case.

Khan had been working at the TCS Nashik unit before being transferred to the company’s Mumbai offices in Malad and Hiranandani about two months ago. The transfer coincided with her husband, Moin Naveed Iqbal Khan, taking up a role as a logistics officer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Mumbra, Thane.

Following her name surfacing in the case, she was suspended from her job and allegedly went into hiding. Police questioned her husband on Friday, during which he stated that Khan had left their home on April 14 and was staying with a relative, according to PTI.

Police in Nashik are investigating nine complaints of mental and sexual harassment linked to the TCS branch. The complaints were filed by eight women employees and cover the period from February 2022 to March 2026.

A special investigation team was formed last week. Seven employees have been arrested: Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Aftab Ansari, and HR manager Nida Khan.
