A team of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrived at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence to serve him summons in the Delhi excise policy case. Nearly eight probe officers are present and searches are also underway at the AAP leader's residence, India Today TV has learnt.
The development came hours after the Delhi High Court refused interim relief to the AAP leader in connection with the Enforcement Directorate summonses issued to him in the liquor policy case.
The probe team arrived there to serve the 10th summons to the AAP national convenor in the Delhi excise policy case.
