Tahilyani joins prudential Plc after resigning from TATA Digital on 29 July 2025:
Naveen Tahilyani resigned from the post of CEO in TATA Digital to join Prudential Plc a British- domiciled multinational insurance and asset management company, In Prudential Plc he will be regional CEO for India, Africa, the Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos with responsibility for the health vertical, this is what company informed in its press release. After leaving TATA Digital, Naveen Tahilyani is all set to join Prudential Plc on 29 July. He will be focusing on health business there.
Prudential, based in the UK, owns a 22% stake in ICICI Prudential Life and a 49% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management. In March this year, the company announced a joint venture with the HCL Group to offer health insurance in India.
Who will take over place of CEO of TATA Digital after Tahilyani?
People close to the matter said Tahilyani’s successor will likely to be picked up from within the group and that Tata Digital’s chief financial officer Hardeep Singh Guru is tipped to take up the top job. Guru is a close aide of Saurabh Agrawal, group CFO, Tata Sons.
