A man died by suicide after falling from the 43rd floor of Supernova Society in Noida. The incident, captured in a distressing video, triggered alarm among bystanders and raised immediate concern over his mental state.

A 35-year-old man died by suicide after jumping from the 43rd floor of the Supernova Society in Sector 94, Noida on Saturday. The impact was so severe that the man's body was split into two parts.

The victim was identified as Sambhav Jain, a resident of Manesar, who was staying in an Airbnb at the high-rise.

According to the police, Sambhav had come alone to stay in a room at the Spyra building for one day. He arrived at around 3 pm on Friday after making an online booking for the room. He was staying in an Airbnb.

Before the incident, an AC repair team was working in a nearby flat. The team tried to save Sambhav when they saw him hanging from the balcony railing. However, despite their attempts, he jumped from the 43rd floor.

A distressing video captures the moments before the fall. Sambhav can be seen standing on the outer ledge of the high-rise balcony as people on the ground watch and record the situation in alarm. Bystanders can be heard frantically calling security and discussing his position, noting that he had climbed past the railing on a higher floor.

Police said Sambhav jumped from the balcony with the intention of dying by suicide. He suffered fatal injuries in the fall and died at the spot. The impact severely damaged his body.

Police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident. The body was taken into custody and a panchnama was prepared before post-mortem proceedings were initiated.

Police officers and a forensic team inspected the scene and collected necessary evidence. Police are also examining CCTV footage from the building and surrounding areas as part of a detailed investigation.

During questioning, people who were present in the area told police that Sambhav was under mental stress. Police have informed his family and are carrying out further legal proceedings

According to information emerging during the initial inquiry, Sambhav was reportedly troubled by debt. He was allegedly under significant financial pressure and had been missing from his home for four days before the incident. A chat with his father was also reportedly found.
