Weeks after the Bengaluru hit-and-run case, CCTV footage has emerged. The video shows that the car was allegedly driven by actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Divya Suresh. The crash that injured three people took place near Nithya Hotel in Byatarayanapura around 1:30 am on October 4. A case has been filed and Bengaluru police have seized the vehicle.

Three individuals, on their way to hospital, were hit by a car on October 4. As per the complaint filed with the police, their bike swerved slightly to avoid barking stray dogs and a car, allegedly driven by Suresh, collided with them.

According to police, Kiran G, along with his cousins Anusha and Anitha, was riding a motorcycle. After the accident, Kiran (25) and Anusha (24) sustained minor injuries. However, Anitha (33) suffered a broken leg and was admitted to BGS Hospital, where surgery was prescribed.

A case was filed three days later by Kiran. Based on the complaint, a case was registered on October 7 under Sections 281 (rash driving or riding on a public way) and 125(a) (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with other relevant sections of the Motor Vehicles Act, police said.
