Deadly road accident happened at Patna’s Dhanush Setu at midnight; police says could be case of over-speeding

Patna, Bihar: Three injured in a car accident at Dhanushsetu railway over bridge in Patna around 11PM on 25th November 2021. The car that has crashed into a police check post is a white Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire VXI, registered under the name of Mr. Bijay Kumar Bhagat. The car is one year eight months old. The incident took place under Patrakar Nagar Police Station jurisdiction. According to the witnesses and police, there were three unidentified passengers including the driver in the vehicle. It is unclear where the injured are being treated. It has been speculated by few witnesses that the incident might be of drink and drive.
