Bengaluru entrepreneur Siddharth Dialani has gone viral after sharing how he used Google's Gemini following an alleged road-rage incident — and how the matter eventually ended with the biker apologising and paying for the damage, according to Dialani's account.
And yes, his takeaway?
“Gemini is my lawyer now.”
Not literally, of course.
But AI did help him prepare the paperwork.
According to Dialani, the incident happened between Sony Signal and Ejipura Signal in Bengaluru.
He alleged that a biker travelling with his wife believed Dialani's car had brushed against his motorcycle.
What followed, according to his account, was a confrontation in which the biker allegedly kicked his car, rammed it from behind and later repeatedly braked in front of the vehicle.
But there was one thing the alleged road-rage episode didn't account for:
The car had a dashcam.
Dialani said the entire interaction was recorded.
And that footage eventually became a crucial piece of evidence when he approached the Koramangala police station.
Instead of simply walking into the police station and winging it, Dialani said he used Google Gemini to help draft his complaint.
The AI also advised him to get a written acknowledgement after submitting the complaint.
That might sound like a small detail, but it gave the whole situation a very 2026 upgrade: AI for the paperwork.

Dialani submitted the footage and other evidence to the police.
According to his account, officers used the motorcycle's registration number visible in the dashcam footage to identify the biker and obtain his phone number.
Dialani said the biker initially maintained that the car had hit his motorcycle first.
But after being shown photographs of the damage and being told about the possibility of an FIR and criminal proceedings, the biker eventually agreed to write an apology and compensate Dialani for the damage, according to the CEO's account.
Dialani also praised the police response, saying the matter was resolved without a bribe and describing the Koramangala police as professional and cooperative. Those comments are his account of the interaction.
