Two girls met on Instagram, became friends, and fell in love. They decided to get married. The Hindu girl from Jaipur was so serious about it that she traveled all the way to Meerut to meet her Muslim girlfriend. Both of them told their families they want to marry each other.When their families found out, everyone started fighting about it. Now even the police are involved.

This happened in Mulheda village, Meerut. A Muslim girl from there became friends with a Hindu girl from Jaipur on Instagram. They kept talking and slowly fell in love. They used to talk secretly for hours. It got serious they started promising to live and die together. Being Hindu and Muslim was a problem at first. But they decided religion won’t stop them. They promised to marry and stay together no matter what.

The Girl Proposed Marriage in Front of the Family

The girl from Jaipur was really in love. She got brave and came all alone from Jaipur to Meerut, then reached Mulheda village. She met her girlfriend at her house. Then right in front of the girlfriend's family, she said "we want to get married." The family was totally shocked.When they asked the Muslim girl, she also said clearly — "We both want to marry and live on our own. We just need your permission."

When things got serious, Meerut Police called the Jaipur girl’s family and asked them to come to Meerut. Both girls are still saying they want to get married and live together. Police are counseling them. CO Sardhana Ashutosh Kumar said both families are talking, and the girls are getting counseling too. But neither girl is backing down. They became friends on Instagram. Police are still trying their best to explain things to them.
