Amid reports that Kiara Advani has decided to exit Don 3 due to her pregnancy, it has now been reported that Sharvari is likely to replace the actress in the Farhan Akhtar directorial. If a recent report by Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, the makers of Don 3 are considering getting Sharvari on board. However, no final decision has been made as of now.
“Sharvari and one more actress were being considered. But she has managed to bag the role. The team at Excel Entertainment are excited to have her on board. Sharvari, too, is quite kicked to be a part of such a huge franchise and also because it’s different from Alpha though both are slick action films," a source cited by the entertainment portal claimed.
The report also claimed that Don 3 is expected to go on the floors by the end of this year.
Originally, Don 3 was supposed to star Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani in the lead. However, the actress announced her pregnancy earlier this year, following which reports suggested that she had opted out of the film.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, Kiara decided to step away from Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3. A source cited by the portal claimed that she “chose to prioritise her personal life" over the film.
Meanwhile, talking about Sharvari, after the success of Munjya, the actress is currently working on next film – Alpha. Directed by Shiv Rawail, the film also stars Alia Bhatt in the lead. Previously, Sharvari talked about being a part of the project and said, “I love action as a genre and I binge-watch action movies with my sister! So, when I was offered Alpha, I jumped! In my head I always wanted to do action as an actor. So, I’m getting to live my dream."
