Kannada film producer Soundarya Jagadish was found dead at his Bengaluru home on April 14, Sunday. His body was rushed to a private hospital in Rajajinagar where he was declared dead by the doctors. The Mahalakshmi police have registered a case of unnatural death and have begun an investigation on the same. The suicide angle is also being probed, according to reports.

Soundarya Jagdish's body has been kept at his home for the final rites. Kannada actor Darshan visited the family and offered his condolences.

Recently, Soundarya Jagadish was embroiled in a controversy when his Jet Lag pub was accused of running beyond permissible hours. A case was registered against the pub for hosting a party beyond working hours. Popular actors Darshan, Dhananjay, Rockline Venkatesh and others were in attendance at the party.

Jagadish was known for producing many films, including 'Appu Pappu', 'Snehitaru', 'Ramleela' and 'Mast Maja Maadi', amongst others.
