The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the NEET UG 2025 results today, June 14, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their scores on the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.
This year, 2276069 candidates registered for NEET UG 2025, of whom 2209318 appeared for the exam -- 965996 were male and 1310062 were female, while 11 were third gender candidates.
Over 12.36 lakh candidates have qualified for the NEET-UG 2025 medical entrance exam, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Mahesh Kumar from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, secured the top rank nationwide, while Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh achieved the second rank.
Delhi's Avika Aggarwal emerged as the female topper, securing an impressive all India fifth rank.
The highest number of qualifying candidates this year came from Uttar Pradesh, followed by Maharashtra.
The cut-off marks for various categories have been announced. For questions with multiple correct answers, candidates will receive four marks if they have selected any of the correct options. A list of toppers has also been released, showcasing the highest scorers of the examination.

Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan has topped NEET UG 2025 with a stunning 99.9999547 percentile and AIR 1.
Madhya Pradesh student Utkarsh Awadhiya has secured All India Rank 2 in NEET UG 2025 with 99.9999095 percentile.
Krishang Joshi from Maharashtra has bagged AIR 3 in NEET UG 2025 with a 99.9998189 percentile.

Candidates who have qualified can proceed with the counselling process for admission to undergraduate medical courses. Detailed information regarding the counselling schedule and procedures will be available on the official website.
Along with the results, the final answer key has been released. This follows the provisional answer key issued on June 3, 2025, and the grievance window which closed on June 5, 2025. The final answer key considers all valid objections raised by candidates.
