Young players showed basketball prowess at 26th Ramjas Basketball Champions League 2022

NEW DELHI: Ramjas International School, under the aegis of the Ramjas Foundation, hosted the 26th Edition of the Ramjas Basketball Champions League with great ardour and zeal.

This year, the tournament saw participation of as many as 150 teams, spanning the capital, as well as the NCR and several states across North India.

The tournament began on 9th November, 2022 with a vibrant opening ceremony.

The players across all age groups demonstrated 21st century skills of team-spirit, cooperation, sportsmanship, leadership and above all resilience These very ideals are the building blocks of the Ramjas Foundation and what it strives to inculcate among the students through the Championship.

The tournament culminated with a resplendent ceremony on 3rd December, 2022 in the school premises. The occasion was graced by Dr. Satyapal Singh, Dronacharya Awardee as the Chief Guest, the Guests of Honour, Dr. C. T. Wang, Director, Science Division, Embassy of Taiwan; Mr. Peters L Y Chen, Assistant Representative Director, Education Division, Embassy of Taiwan and Mr. K. S. Randhawa, GGM-Head Coordinator, ONGC as the Special Invitee.

The credit for taking the tournament to its present stature goes to the dynamic leadership of Shri Rajnath Gupta ji, Chairman Ramjas Foundation and Ramjas International School; Shree Harsh Gupta ji, Manager Ramjas International School and Mrs Rachna Pant, Director, Ramjas International School.
