Delhi Court Grants Bail to WFI Chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in Sexual Harassment Case

The outgoing president of the Wrestling Federation of India Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been granted a regular bail in the Sexual Harassment Case which was filed according to the complaints filed by some wrestlers.

The outgoing president of the Wrestling Federation of India Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been granted a regular bail in the Sexual Harassment Case which was filed according to the complaints filed by some wrestlers.

With him, Federation’s Assistant secretary Vinod TomarSingh has also been granted the Regular Bail in the case. 

Both have been granted the bail on the personal bail bond of Rs. 25,000.

The Conditions on which the Bail has been given are:

There are certain conditions on which the bail has been granted to both of them:- 

1. The accused shall directly or In-directly induce the complainants or witness.

2. Shall not leave the country, without the permission of the court.
