Man, 28, dies in Mumbai after being hit by speeding BMW, driver arrested

A 28-year-old man died on July 27, a week after being hit by a speeding BMW in a hit-and-run incident in Worli, Mumbai. The driver fled the spot but was arrested later.

In yet another hit-and-run case in Mumbai, one person died after he was hit by a speeding BMW car.

The incident happened on July 20 in the Worli area of the city.

According to the details, the man died on July 27, seven days after the accident.

Vinod was returning home from home when his two-wheeler was hit by a car from behind.

The accused, identified as Kiran Indulkar, fled the spot, leaving Vinod with serious injuries.

He was rushed to a hospital by some locals. However, he succumbed to his injuries after a week.

A case was registered against Indulkar and he was arrested.

This was the third hit-and-run case in Mumbai in a month.

On July 7, a woman died and her husband was injured in Mumbai's Worli when a BMW car, driven by Mihir Shah - the son of Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah, rammed their scooter.

Later, on July 22, a speeding Audi car hit two auto-rickshaws in Mumbai, leaving the drivers of both the auto-rickshaws and two passengers injured.
