Maharashtra Doctor Kills Self, Accuses Cop Of Harassment In Note Written On Palm

Dr Sampada Munde died by suicide at Phaltan sub-district hospital in Satara, leaving a note on her hand accusing a police officer of mental harassment.

In a shocking incident, a woman doctor allegedly died by suicide at a district hospital in Maharashtra’s Satara and left a suicide note written on her hand.

The incident took place at Phaltan sub-district hospital on Thursday.

The deceased, identified as Dr Sampada Munde, wrote the suicide note on her hand and accused a police officer of mental harassment, which she stated drove her to take this extreme step.

The police have initiated an investigation into the matter and a thorough probe to look into the serious charges levelled against the police officer.
