Two unidentified men on a motorcycle allegedly opened fire at the 24 HRS Fitness gym in Delhi's Paschim Vihar area early on Thursday. According to police, one bullet struck a glass window of the gym premises. No injuries were reported in the incident.

Delhi Police said they received information about the firing and immediately dispatched teams to the spot. An investigation has been launched, with officers examining CCTV footage from nearby locations and collecting evidence to identify the suspects and determine the motive behind the attack.

Police officials stated that the firing occurred outside the direct coverage area of the gym's surveillance cameras. As a result, investigators are relying on footage from surrounding establishments and streets to trace the movements of those involved.

The case drew further attention after Anil Pandit, who is reported to be a US-based associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, claimed responsibility for the attack through an audio message and a Facebook post. In his statement, he alleged that the gym belonged to singer Guru Randhawa and claimed it was targeted because of the singer's alleged closeness to actor Salman Khan.

However, police have said that their preliminary investigation has not established any direct connection between the gym and Guru Randhawa. Officials stated that the fitness centre is owned by a resident of Delhi's Tagore Garden area. Authorities are also verifying whether the gym operates under any franchise arrangement.

Police have not confirmed the authenticity of the responsibility claim and said all aspects of the case are being examined. Further investigation is underway to establish the facts surrounding the incident and identify those responsible.
