Hidden Camera Found In Women’s Toilet At Bengaluru Cinema Hall, Youth Detained

The camera was discovered while moviegoers had stepped out to use the washroom during a screening of the re-released Telugu film Nuvvu Naaku Nachav.

In a disturbing incident, a hidden camera was found inside the women’s toilet of a cinema theatre in Bengaluru.

The incident occurred at Sandhya Theatre, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Madiwala police station. The camera was discovered while moviegoers had stepped out to use the washroom during a screening of the re-released Telugu film Nuvvu Naaku Nachav.

Alerted by the discovery, local people immediately caught the youth suspected of planting the camera and handed him over to the police. The accused was also assaulted by members of the public before police arrived at the spot.

Police have since taken the youth into custody and are questioning him to ascertain the motive and whether any footage was recorded or circulated.
