Meanwhile, Delhi Airport has issued an advisory, stating that no flights have been affected because of fog, much to the relief of flyers. The general visibility at the Indira Gandhi International Airport at 7 am was 500 metres.

The visibility dropped to as low as 75 metres on runways and CAT-III operations are currently underway.
