A 52-year-old Zepto delivery woman with 50% paralysis is inspiring thousands online after her story was shared by a woman on social media, which triggered discussions on determination and resilience.

A woman, who came across a handicapped Zepto delivery woman shared a video of the lady on social media, praising her determination which is now inspiring thousands online.

In a video shared on Instagram by Mallika Arora, the customer asked the delivery agent what she did for a living. The woman, Veena Devi, 52, replied proudly that she works as a delivery agent with Zepto. When asked about her legs, Veena revealed that she is 50% handicapped but has been working tirelessly since June of last year.

The woman, visibly moved, asked how she could support Veena, to which Veena simply said, "Just keep supporting me." The interaction ended with the customer praising her courage, saying, "I'm very proud of you, keep going."

She then panned the camera to herself and addressed her audience directly, urging people to stop complaining about small challenges in life, emphasising how seeing someone like Veena reminded her how precious life truly is.

In the caption of her post, Arora wrote, "Today I saw a 52-year-old Zepto delivery lady 50% paralysed, yet smiling and working with full spirit. In that moment, I realised, some people don’t just live, they fight every day. She didn’t deliver an order, but she delivered inspiration."

The post received admiration from thousands of social media users. Comments poured in, calling Veena an inspiration and praising her infectious smile. Even Zepto commented under the post, showing pride in having Veena as part of their team.

Veena’s story has reminded people of the power of resilience and determination. At 52 and partially paralysed, her dedication to her work is being celebrated not just as a professional achievement, but as a lesson in courage and perseverance.
