'My wife’s territory': Prince William at event as 'Where is Kate?' frenzy continues

JJ News Desk

Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, has been dominating headlines across the world because of her absence from the spotlight since she underwent abdominal surgery in January, leading to rumours and bizarre conspiracy theories about her whereabouts. Now her husband, Prince William, has also made a subtle remark, hinting for her to return.

To this, the 41-year-old British Royal replied, "We're venturing into my wife's territory... She needs to be sat here to hear this."

At the event, an attendee told the Prince that he sent Kate Middleton a “get well” card, the New York Post said in a report.

The UK's Sun newspaper had published photos and videos of the Princess of Wales appearing to be "happy, relaxed, and healthy" next to her husband.

However, eagle-eyed social media users flagged a number of issues with the shots of the royal couple.

Amid Kate Middleton's prolonged absence, rumours of an affair between Prince William and Sarah Rose Hanbury, the Marchioness of Cholmondeley have also surfaced. But Rose Hanbury finally broke her silence on the alleged speculations.

In an explanation of Kate Middleton's absence from the spotlight, Kensington Palace has assured that she would return by Easter, the Business Insider said in a report.

Apologising for the "confusion", the Princess of Wales said in a post on X, "Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day."
