Bollywood’s Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has introduced son Aryan Khan’s first-ever creative venture — Netflix’s upcoming series The Ba*ds of Bollywood (or The Bads of Bollywood)

Produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment, the project marks Aryan’s debut as both creator and director. SRK unveiled the series during Netflix’s 2025 slate event, where an intriguing teaser left audiences excited for what’s to come.

Set amidst the chaos and glam of the film industry, the series promises a daring mix of drama and satire. Described as an “unabashed, entertaining ride,” it follows the journey of an ambitious outsider navigating the tricky world of Bollywood with humor, grit, and a touch of chaos.

Viewers can expect big cameos, wild plot twists, and a self-aware take on Indian cinema.

This collaboration marks the sixth project between Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment, following previous successes like Darlings and Bard of Blood.

Aryan Khan’s foray into storytelling comes after his sister Suhana Khan made her acting debut in 2023 with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
